Our team provide you with a link for you to add to your website home page or that you can embed a link into an email or SMS that you may be sending out to patients to cancel routine appointments. The link can be used for existing patients if they have an urgent dental issue. They can book an appointment by clicking on the link. They will then be asked to verify that they are an existing patient and will receive a confirmation SMS. The appointment is then added into Dentally to a practitioner’s calendar or you set up a specific diary for just telephone appointments.
To advertise this triage service, as well as adding this to your website you might consider including the link to your social media page, a printed sign on your practice door or updating your telephone answering service on site with a short message. Practitioners can login into Dentally securely and remotely from home and then can easily block their call ID to speak to the patient at the allocated day/time.
