Essential Steps to Your Onboarding Journey  

  • Once the paperwork is signed and the contract level is agreed upon, our onboarding team will provide clear instructions and welcome documentation. They'll handle your account setup, data migration, and training. Your dedicated account manager will be your primary contact throughout the process. 

  • As Dentally is a cloud-based platform, all you need is an internet connection and a device with Google Chrome installed for setup. We will tailor your Dentally account based on your feedback and work with you to add your patients before organizing a launch date. 

  • One month before you begin using Dentally, we'll back up your data and create a 'sandbox environment' for you to access and test the data without any risk of errors. Your account manager will ensure a final migration is completed the day before your go-live date. 

  • On the day of your go-live date, a team member will spend two days at your practice. One day will be dedicated to group and individual training for you and your team, and the second day will allow your practice to run with Dentally, with an account manager present for support. 
  • We won't leave you on your own from here. Our dedicated support team is available to answer any questions you may have about the software, from speaking to a representative to seeking advice from our AI bot Ellie or accessing our comprehensive Help Centre.
