Why did you decide to change your patient management software?

It was a simple, user-friendly, cloud-based system that seemed to align with our growing practice ambitions.

How has Dentally enhanced your patient experience?  

It allows us to investigate key performance features easily and quickly with its reporting system, this helps us identify areas where we can do better, such as patient recall.

How has your new patient experience affected your overall practice growth? 

I personally have seen a noticeable increase in new patient bookings via Portal. All of our associates have signed up for online booking and have been appreciative of the additional new patients receiving in their diaries.

How has it affected the day-to-day process of your admin team? 

They are very happy.  A chunk of new patient bookings have been automated, so they can focus on other aspects of new patient experience.

Are there any particular features of Portal that you enjoy or find useful? 

The ability to tailor the type of appointments and the patient facing descriptions of those appointments to our different clinicians is really useful. For example, we have tailored our treatment coordinator’s new patient bookings in a way that patients find it comfortable to proceed.
