Our concerns were how well we would all adapt to the change from our previous system which had become comfortable and familiar. The transition was smooth thanks to the training day. In addition, Adam from the Dentally onboarding team was on hand the first day we went live, which was ideal. The support team online were very swift to respond as and when we had queries over the following days.
We chose Dentally as we are Mac-based and wanted to remain so. Reviews on the dental forums were complimentary and Dentally offers some features lacking in our previous software.
Dentally has allowed us to become paper-free thanks to the ease of adding scanned correspondence. We can check how and when confirmation texts/emails are received in case patients fail to attend. Receiving replies to SMS texts and emails sent to patients is also very helpful. I personally find the clinical aspects easy to use, and particularly like the ability to customise types of treatment plans.
