Summer School Week Two: Your Knowledge Checklist

Do you have a new starter who is unfamiliar with Dentally? Or perhaps you want to get back to the basics yourself? With a variety of ways to access guidance, help is never too far away, and this checklist is the perfect place to start. Work your way through our resources or share it with newer members of the team to boost their learning, find answers and start using Dentally with confidence.

✅ Dentally Academy 

We know how important it is to have exactly what you need at your fingertips, especially when you’re working in a busy environment, so we have compiled all your learning in one place.  

Upon joining Dentally Academy you will be assigned a learning path (receptionist, administrator or clinical-based) which contains bite-sized videos demonstrating all the relevant Dentally functions specific to your role. From creating an estimate and submitting an orthodontic claim to exploring your toolbar and a full walkthrough of the patient journey, Dentally Academy will help you improve your patient and practice knowledge in a matter of minutes.    

Alongside your training videos are a whole host of other elements designed to enhance your learning experience. After each video is a short quiz to help solidify your knowledge with certificates upon completion, a catalog of featured courses such as Dentally Vision and Dentally Portal, and an area for webinars led by our training specialists. Take it at your own pace, watch demonstrations and revisit these resources at any point to consolidate your learning. You can join the Dentally Academy here!

Dentally Community is your space to ask questions, share tips, access resources and connect with other Dentally users. Whether you want to raise a product request, help other users to solve challenges, or simply keep up-to-date with developments, this dynamic community allows you to share your thoughts and help to shape Dentally.
