Today I want to introduce you to the team, who they are, what they do and why Elevate is a great part of the business to work in. We have a growing team of consultants all of whom are trained in our software and how to optimise its use. Some of our team have years and years of experience in the industry or have grown through the ranks in our teams internally at Dentally to reach where they are today. We have two teams of Elevate consultants working under our two team leaders, Leanne Smith and Daryl Portch.
Leanne and Daryl have had a crucial role in developing the Elevate program into what it is today. They don't just manage the team; they are part of the team. They have developed ways in which we can look at data differently and analyse sites to find out the most efficient ways in which to help practices. They are constantly working on ways to develop and improve the information we have available. Our insights into your practice are crucial to the elevate team, it ensures that we can deliver customised help to each practice on the program based on their current use and needs of the software.
Both teams work alongside each other with a healthy dose of competition on the side. We all want the best success story after all! Introducing our consultants;
