What’s in the 'Recall Effectiveness’ report? 

• Set your recall conversion targets, and monitor at a glance whether you’re reaching them. By default your targets will be set to 70%, but these goals are fully customisable to fit in with your workflow. 
• Compare your success across the three recall types (dental, hygiene and combined), as well as your overall performance. 
• View your conversions on a month-by-month basis, so you can spot trends and understand what is happening after a recall sends. 
• Identify where you can make improvements, and the steps needed to make your workflows more effective
